Project Overview

Process introduction: Put all kinds of waste boards and wood scraps into the Mingchuang 216 drum chipper with a unified grasping machine, and uniformly process wood chips that are 30-50mm in length and width, and the thickness does not exceed 14mm; The pre-processed wood chips are fed into the Mingchuang GXP65*100 high-efficiency hammer mill through the conveyor belt, and they are crushed into 5-8mm sawdust and sawdust. Because the recycled wood selected by the customer is ideally 12-15% moisture, the wood chips obtained after crushing and fine pulverization are directly fed into the Mingchuang special centrifugal high-efficiency granulator LD720 through the screw conveyor, and 8mm particles are directly pressed. , And use customer-made 10 cubic meters of heat-dissipating buffer warehouse to cool down and use a comprehensive packaging scale to pack and sell the pellets. This production line has a reasonable layout, is easy for customers to operate and maintain, and meets customers' requirements for dust-free production. So far, it has continuously created a lot of revenue and profits for customers!

Project description
Crushing section: Mingchuang drum chipper LDBX-216, 1 set, main engine power 60kW, coarsely crushing a variety of raw materials and producing wood chips with length and width of 30-50mm;
Crushing section: Mingchuang high-efficiency pulverizer GXP65*100, 1 set, main machine power 75kW, further finely pulverize the wood chips produced in the previous section, and produce 5-8mm wood chips for the pelletizer to pelletize;
Granulation section: Mingchuang centrifugal high-efficiency granulator LD720, 1 set, main engine power 160kW, the main shaft drives the rotation of the pressing roller and the rotation of the lifting plate to squeeze the wood chips into the ring mold and press it into high-density fuel particles. No coking, low carbon emission, no pollution, combustion resistance, high calorific value, it has been widely used by most domestic industrial manufacturing enterprises;
Cooling and packaging section: Because the initial temperature of the finished particles is very high through physical extrusion, it is necessary to reduce the temperature of the particles and reduce the moisture of the particles. The customer chooses a 10-50kg/bag comprehensive packaging scale to pack the pellets, and uses the attached sewing machine to seal and store them, ready to be loaded into vehicles for sale.
