5. Roller made of solid 40Cr steel, roller shell extra fortified to extend lifetime, roller axis fine processed with high precision lathe; equipped with ZWZ bearings to guarantee smooth rotation and automatically lubricated by grease pump.

Applied customized brand HUIXIN largen gear reducer unit for power transmitting, the gears are finely ground by CNC gear grinder, heat treated and carburized, and the gearbox casing is made of cast iron, which is extremely strong and durable; applied automatic circulating gear oil circulation makes the machine operating smoothly and outstandingly stable.
7. Machine equipped with automatic air cooling or water cooling unit (as customization) to guarantee pellet machine operating 24/h with perfect performance & smooth pellet output & high capacity.
