Advantages of LDR and LDR Series Pellet Machine

Last week we introduced the advantages and advantages of the LD series pellet machine. This week we will introduce the LDR series biomass pellet machine and LDP feed pellet machine to you.
1. Machine overall made of integrated customized cast iron, shape with CNC lathe fine processing, well protecting main shaft and bearings, overall stable, robust with perfect performance;
2. Main shaft made of solid casted #45 Steel, with tempering processing to improve structural strength, fine processed with CNC lathe and guarantee high precision and high concentricity;
3. Bearings applied brand ZWZ series, auto lubricated with automatic gear oil pump, spinning smoothly and will never break, extra durable;
4. Flat die made of special alloy steel 20CrMnTi, fine processed with CNC drill press; roller made of solid 40Cr steel; both flat die and rollers are processed with tempering technique, extra durable.
5. Applied special harden gear reducer unit for power transmitting, the gears are finely ground by CNC gear grinder, heat treated and carburized, and the gearbox casing is made of cast iron, which is extremely strong and durable; applied automatic circulating gear oil circulation makes the machine operating smoothly and outstandingly stable.
