Biomass pellet machine raw material standard

1. Chopped sawdust: Sawdust obtained from sawdust with a band saw. The pellets produced have stable yield, smooth pellets, high hardness and low energy consumption.

2. Small shavings in furniture factories: due to the relatively large particle size, the material is not easy to enter the wood pellet machine, and it is easy to block the pellet machine and the output is low. But the small shavings can be granulated after being crushed. If there is no crushing condition, 70% wood chips and 30% small shavings can be used. Large pieces of shavings must be crushed before use.

3. Sanding powder for board factories and furniture factories: sanding powder has a light specific gravity, it is not easy to enter the granulator, and it is easy to block the granulator, resulting in low output; due to the light specific gravity of sand polishing powder, it is recommended to mix with wood chips and granulate together. Each accounting for about 50% can achieve the granulation effect.

4. Wooden scraps and sawdust: Wooden scraps and sawdust scraps can only be used after being crushed. It is recommended to pulverize the sample of sawdust particles sawed by a band saw, use a high-speed pulverizer, use a 4mm chip, the particle output is stable, the particle is smooth, the hardness is high, and the energy consumption is low.

5. Moldy raw materials: the color turns black, the soil-like raw materials are seriously moldy, and cannot be pressed into qualified granular raw materials. After mildew, the cellulose in the sawdust is decomposed by microorganisms and cannot be pressed into good particles. If it must be used, it is recommended to add more than 50% of fresh wood chips and stir well. Otherwise, it cannot be pressed into qualified granules.
