Working Principle
The single pass sawdust dryer moves the hot air from the tail forward, fully contacts with the material, and makes full use of the heat transfer, convection, and radiation heat transfer; directly transfers the heat energy to the material, so that the moisture of the material is continuously evaporated inside the cylinder. The air inlet device of the inlet port extracts a large amount of water and humid airflow to prevent secondary pollution caused by dust efflux; through the internal spiral stirring, sweeping, copying the plate, pushing the material movement to complete the whole drying process; Conductive dehumidification to avoid reducing the repeated drying process. It is suitable for materials with high moisture content such as sawdust, straw, organic fertilizer and leaves.
